So here’s the thing, I don’t do resolutions… ever. That is, until now of course.
I’m pretty good about paying attention to my habits throughout the year and so I’ve never felt the need to set a goal at the beginning of a new year. However, these last 365 days have been a continual struggle to find balance professionally and personally; My eating and workout habits have taken a turn for the worse, my social life consists of me, the Mister and the dog on the couch, and I took a grand total of 6 days off for strictly fun reasons (yes, that includes weekend days).
So therefore my lovelies, it is time for my very first New Year’s Resolution. And in light of my much needed mojo makeover, I’m setting not one but 5 resolutions. Put it all on the line, right? I don’t know how you at home stick to these self-declarations, but as for me, I think a framed list on my desk is just the thing I need to keep me on the right path in 2012.
So here goes nothing. I’m ready for some positive change. Will you join me?
